Understand your kids in an ever changing world.

I was surprised the other day, having a deep conversation with a young boy. I love kids, they continue to amaze me and teach me. I listen, observe and learn.

Children and pre-teens alike, he could have been exposed to the threats of unfiltered content on the internet. But with the influence of older siblings and the environment he would rather choose to be exposed to, he was happy to have had a selective education, based on his passions.

And that was the topic of our discussion, about the threats this generation is exposed to.

Our children are born geniuses, some of you might have a trigger around this word, but I mean here the expression of their full potential! This would bring happy fulfilled children into the world. They have just to express themselves fully, their curiosity and excitement, their creativity and inspiration, their innate communication and intuition, their joy for life and being present, embracing every step of their journey.

There are many studies showing the ups and downs of using a digital device, PC, smartphone or tablet.

For sure, exposure at a very young age can bring more harm than benefit!

ESPECIALLY if we don’t filter the content they might visit.

The threat is in carving their personality, limiting the neuronal path to what they are exposed to, an over and over frequented behavior. It ends up like a CD or Vinyl with a scratch, just this narrow path, and a lot of other potentials are out of reach unless you can make a conscious change!. The discussion went further, from this “rotten brain”, and other etiquettes they already have - towards: very few parents know and are doing something, but the majority have no idea what is going on.

Hearing this from him, a child, was even more deep!

So how can we help?

We can guide them!

And sure, parents are often busy, kept busy by society, with necessities or false necessities, but

YOU ARE NOT ALONE!

There are many paths your child can take to be guided to a happy and fulfilled life where the innate spark of your child shines, passionate guidance to help them with trust and love, from where they will blossom in their curiosity and creativity, and will find their passion and mission.
